KFM is seeking a dynamic Performance and Operations Manager to join its Managed Services team. This role focuses on delivering high standards for non-clinical services, driving continuous improvement, and managing stakeholder relationships across sites.

Hybrid working is involved, with a 12-month FTC maternity cover. You will lead service development, analyze data for contractual requirements, and ensure robust operational processes while supporting CIP initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in customer service, operations, and data analysis.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Proactive, flexible approach with a curious and reflective nature.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Performance and Operations Manager to join our Managed Services team. This pivotal role involves providing timely, efficient, and effective business and operational support to ensure the delivery of non-clinical services at the highest standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
