Nuffield Health is seeking a Trading Performance Analyst to support Hospitals & Primary Care. You’ll analyse trading and performance data, identify risks and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights for operational and executive teams.

Using Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, you’ll create dashboards and performance packs, partnering with Finance, Operations and Marketing to drive improvements and better patient outcomes across hospital and primary care services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, Health Informatics or related field.
• Desirable: studying towards or holding ACCA, CIMA, HFMA or BCS.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient in Excel and data querying/reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and present findings to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyse trading and performance data for hospitals and primary care services (Health Assessments, Physiotherapy).
• Identify over/under-performance and advise on financial risk or opportunity.
• Analyse KPIs such as enquiry conversion, RTTs, outpatient, diagnostics and surgical activity, and primary care delivery metrics.
• Produce weekly dashboards and performance packs for operational and executive teams.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Liaise with commercial, operational, finance and marketing teams to explain financial performance.
• Provide analytical input into business cases, service reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve the financial performance of hospital and primary care services.
