Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is seeking a Head of Operational Optimisation to drive data-led resource and cost management across multiple sites. You will improve labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to ensure the right colleagues and resources are in the right place to achieve operational and commercial goals.

• Significant experience in labour planning and workforce management.
• Experience in forecasting operational demand and translating to labour plans and costs.
• Strong analytical ability with commercial awareness and budgets knowledge.
