Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Head of Operational Optimisation to drive smarter, data-led resource planning and cost control across multiple sites. You will improve labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to ensure the right colleagues and resources are in place to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

Significant experience in labour planning, workforce management and operational efficiency.
Proven ability to forecast demand and translate it into practical labour plans and costs.
Experience analysing P&L performance and identifying cost drivers.
