Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Head of Operational Optimisation to drive data-led resource management. You will enhance labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to ensure the right staff and resources align with both operational and commercial aims.

You will partner with operations, Finance and central teams to identify efficiencies, build robust cost models and support investment decisions with realistic payback assumptions.

Qualifications

• Experience in labour planning and workforce management within a multi-site operation.
• Ability to forecast demand and translate into practical labour plans, hours and costs.
• Experience analysing P&L drivers and turning findings into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to meet operational and commercial goals.
• Develop cost models and drive efficiencies across sites; protect customer experience.
• Create practical plans; support refits, bids and growth opportunities with robust payback data.
