Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is seeking a Head of Operational Optimisation to drive smarter, data-led resource management across multiple leisure sites. You will enhance labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to ensure the right colleagues and resources align with operational and commercial goals.

You will collaborate with senior leadership across Operations, Finance and central teams to identify efficiencies, reduce avoidable spend and create robust cost models guiding

Qualificações

• Experience planning and coordinating labour across multiple sites.
• Ability to forecast operational demand and translate into plans and costs.
• Experience analysing P&L drivers and turning findings into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and forecast labour needs across multiple sites to meet operations and cost targets.
• Translate forecast into practical labour plans, hours and costs.
• Analyse labour and non-labour P&L to identify cost drivers and drive actions.
• Apply time-and-motion methods (DILO) to assess activity, capacity and efficiency.
• Build Excel/Power BI models and reports to support decisions.
