Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Operations Performance Manager in the Bromley area to lead data‑driven performance across multi‑location Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will develop frameworks, dashboards and governance to ensure accountability and continuous improvement while partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable operating models.

Qualifications

Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate data into insights.
Experience with executive dashboards, scorecards and data governance.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data modelling and executive reporting.
Ability to influence senior leaders with data-driven recommendations.
Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Leverage data, analytics and operational insights to drive performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
Influence senior leaders through strategic insight, executive communication and data‑driven recommendations.
Partner with leaders to strengthen performance management disciplines and organisational effectiveness.
Build organisational capability by embedding a culture of data‑led decision making.
Balance stakeholder needs and priorities to deliver optimal business outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, identifying risks and opportunities.
