Job summary

Bank of America in Bromley, England is recruiting for a Global Operations Summer Analyst. You will join one of several teams and gain exposure to client onboarding, trade validation, settlement, and reporting while contributing to governance and risk controls. Training is provided with mentorship and hands-on project work.

You will work on analytics, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to support key business objectives and transformational initiatives within Global Operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with completion between Sep 2027 and Jul 2028
• On track for a minimum 2:2 degree classification
• Available to join June 2027 to August 2027
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of the bank’s products, services and processes
• Analyse data and contribute to business insights and process improvements
• Understand risk management, governance and regulatory requirements
• Support project delivery and stakeholder engagement activities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for partners and senior stakeholders
• Gain exposure to credit product lifecycles or governance/regulatory reporting
