The Team

The EMEA GTMO Senior Leadership Team is a diverse and highly experienced group of leaders located across Europe, united by a shared commitment to operational excellence, innovation and developing great talent. The team leads critical strategic priorities across client onboarding, servicing, transformation, client advocacy and business growth, working closely with partners across Operations, Product, Technology, Sales and Global Banking. Role Description

Due to the continued growth and strategic expansion of our Global Payments Solutions business, we are seeking an accomplished operational performance leader with experience leveraging data, analytics and insights to drive business outcomes across complex global organisations. This role will play a critical part in translating strategy into measurable performance, influencing senior leaders, and fostering a data-led culture that strengthens operational excellence, accountability and decision-making across multiple locations and functions.
As a member of the EMEA GTMO leadership team, this individual will be responsible for driving operational performance and support across a multi-location organisation, partnering closely with senior leaders to achieve and exceed key operating objectives. The role will lead the development of performance management frameworks, reporting disciplines and inspection routines that provide transparency, identify opportunities, and enable consistent operational execution. Working across people, process, technology and risk, the successful candidate will deliver strategic leadership, translate business priorities into actionable operating models, and provide the insights required to support effective decision-making, continuous improvement and sustainable business growth.
This is a highly visible role that will influence strategic direction, champion a culture of accountability and performance excellence, and help shape the future operating model of EMEA GTMO through data-driven leadership and operational insight.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage data, analytics and operational insights to drive performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Influence senior leaders through strategic insight, executive communication and data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen performance management disciplines and organisational effectiveness.
  • Build organisational capability by embedding a culture of data-led decision making and execution excellence.
  • Balance complex stakeholder needs and competing priorities to deliver optimal business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, identify risks, opportunities and strategic performance improvements.
What we are looking for
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
  • Advanced reporting and performance management experience, including the development of executive dashboards, performance scorecards and data-driven governance routines.
  • Highly data literate, with experience analysing large data sets, identifying trends, diagnosing performance drivers and recommending improvement opportunities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data modelling, complex analytics, executive reporting and presentation development.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, concise and compelling messages for senior leadership audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through insight, analysis and fact-based decision making.
  • Intellectually curious and commercially minded, with a passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence and performance optimisation.
  • Highly organised and self-directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
Skills that will help
  • Professional certification in Operational Excellence methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma), with experience applying continuous improvement principles to drive efficiency, quality and productivity gains.
  • Recognised project or programme management qualification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, Agile), with experience leading complex cross-functional drives and business transformation programmes.
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx).
  • Experience developing executive scorecards, performance dashboards and workforce analytics frameworks.
