Job summary

Ticketmaster UK Limited is hiring an Event Programmer to set up new events and offers across Ticketmaster channels in London, Manchester or Glasgow. The role requires fast data entry, quick software adoption, and strong attention to detail, within a collaborative team.

A 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract is offered with occasional flexible hours. Responsibilities include programming events, checking data, liaising with internal teams and external clients, and maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Proven ability to learn complex software packages.
• Experience in data-driven environments with high attention to detail.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven roles.
• Ticketmaster systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilise bespoke ticketing software to program a variety of ticketing work requests.
• Prepare, create, check and maintain simple to medium complexity events and offers.
• Setups for small/medium system venues.
• Liaise with internal departments and external clients to meet needs on time.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high quality and consistency.
• Analyse and organise workload with strong attention to detail.
• Follow rigorous checking procedures and guidelines.
• Become conversant with Event Programming processes and software.
• Perform additional Event Programming or Client Services duties as required.
• Work flexible hours as needed.
• Provide tiered support to other departments at point of sale.
• Anticipate problems and plan contingencies for events.
