Job summary

Ticketmaster UK is hiring an Event Programmer to set up new events and offers across all sales channels. You will use a bespoke command and response programming language and other software to program events for fan sales.

You should demonstrate fast, accurate data entry, the ability to learn complex software, and strong attention to detail. You will work in a close team, liaising with internal departments and clients, with flexible hours and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data-driven environment where attention to detail was imperative.
• Proven ability to learn complex software packages.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Utilise bespoke ticketing software to program a variety of ticketing work requests.
• Prepare, create, check and maintain simple to medium complexity events and offers.
• Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure events are set up correctly and timely.
• Work within a team to maintain high quality and consistency in event setup.
• Analyse workload with strong attention to detail and follow checking procedures.
• Become conversant with Event Programming processes and Ticketmaster software.
