Job summary

Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a skilled Trainer, Support & Operations, EMEA based in London. You will design and deliver scalable education programs that raise operational excellence across the EMEA region, covering in-person, virtual, and LMS-based learning.

You will enable Host Markets with system knowledge, process expertise, and practical skills for faster event builds and smoother operations, while collaborating with EP and CAM teams and reporting progress to

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Event Programming processes and best practices within Host Markets.
• Strong working knowledge of TM1 products, with the ability to translate product functionality into practical, role-specific training.
• Experience delivering training in live, virtual, and online formats.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in software product training.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and role-based learning pathways across EP and CAM audiences.
• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually ensuring knowledge transfer and engagement.
• Travel to deliver in-person training across the region.
• Operate with a flexible in-office presence aligned to business demand, supporting in-person training and stakeholder engagement.
• Create and publish e-learning content within the LMS.
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve content.
