Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking an Events Programmer to set up new events and offers across all Ticketmaster sales channels. You will manipulate data in the Ticketmaster system and related software to accurately program events for sale.

The role requires fast data entry, quick learning of complex software, and superb attention to detail. You will work in a collaborative team environment with flexible hours and on-site coordination with clients and venues.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Proven experience learning complex software packages.
• Experience in a data driven environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Utilise bespoke ticketing software to program a variety of ticketing work requests.
• Prepare, create, check and maintain simple to medium complexity events and offers ensuring all work is programmed accurately.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments and external clients to ensure events are set up correctly to meet client needs in a timely manner.
• Work within a team to ensure the Event Programming department maintains high quality and consistency.
• Analyse and organise workload with strong attention to detail.
• Follow rigorous checking procedures and guidelines for events and offers.
• Become fully conversant with Event Programming processes and bespoke Ticketmaster software packages.
• Provide tiered support to other departments at point of on sale.
