Job summary

CO-OP is seeking a Data Culture Analyst to join the Data Enablement team in Manchester. You will support the Data Culture Manager to deliver engaging training, create clear communications, and work with the Microsoft Power Platform team to automate processes.

You’ll help colleagues put data at the heart of decision-making and drive data literacy across the business. Responsibilities include delivering BI training, running show-and-tell events, and analyzing usage data to inform planning.

Qualifications

• Deliver training on BI tools and products to colleagues.
• Engage with colleagues at all levels and run show-and-tells and champion communities.
• Plan clear, accessible communications to promote data products.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user statistics to understand uptake of data tools.
• Support Data Culture Manager on change projects across the team.
• Contribute to training and communications that embed data literacy across the organisation.
