Job summary

Co-op Digital in Manchester is seeking a Data Culture Analyst to join our Data Enablement team. You’ll help colleagues across Co-op maximise the value of data products and support the Data Culture Manager with engaging communications and training.

This hybrid role involves delivering training, analysing usage, and collaborating with the Power Platform team to automate processes while keeping our data at the heart of decision-making.

Qualifications

• Understanding of data products and how they apply to end-users.
• Understanding of data literacy concepts.
• Strong communication skills with ability to create content accessible for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on BI tools and data products.
• Engage with colleagues across all levels of seniority and lead show-and-tells, champion communities, etc.
• Plan and create clear, accessible communications that promote the value and capabilities of our data products.
• Analyse user statistics to understand the uptake of data tools and inform future planning.
• Work alongside the Data Culture Manager to plan and deliver change projects across the team.
