Co-op in Manchester is seeking a Data Culture Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will help colleagues maximise data products by delivering training and creating engaging communications, while partnering with the Power Platform team to automate processes.
You will support the Data Culture Manager to drive data literacy, plan change projects, and build strong relationships across the organisation to embed data at decision time.
£35,000 to £45,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A) 12-month fixed-term contract Manchester City Centre - in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office when required for team events, meetings and workshops (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

We're looking for a Data Culture Analyst to join our Data Enablement team, part of our wider Digital Technology & Data function. In this role, you’ll help colleagues across Co-op to make the most out of the data products available to them.
In this role, you’ll support our Data Culture Manager to deliver engaging communications and training to colleagues, and work alongside our Microsoft Power Platform team to help automate our processes wherever possible.
