Job summary

Co-op in Manchester is seeking a Data Culture Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will help colleagues maximise data products by delivering training and creating engaging communications, while partnering with the Power Platform team to automate processes.

You will support the Data Culture Manager to drive data literacy, plan change projects, and build strong relationships across the organisation to embed data at decision time.

Qualifications

• Understanding of various data products and how end users interact with them.
• Experience communicating data concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to build engagement through training and show-and-tell sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on BI tools and data products to colleagues.
• Engage with colleagues across levels and run show-and-tell sessions.
• Plan clear communications that promote data capabilities.
• Analyse user statistics to inform future planning.
• Collaborate with the Data Culture Manager on change projects.
