Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Line Sales Manager – White Space to drive growth across large Data Centre customers in the EMEA region. You will develop opportunities, build strategic relationships, and manage projects from positioning to deployment, working across a matrix of partners and Eaton country teams.

In this role you will engage with end users, consultants, contractors, installers and VARs, and will operate in an international, cross-functional environment with a strong focus on revenue

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical/commercial background.
• 10+ years’ experience in Sales, Business Development or Market Development within the Data Centre industry.
• Proven success developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Experience with international/matrix organisations and complex stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of the White Space portfolio through proactive business development and customer acquisition.
• Identify, develop and convert new opportunities across large Data Centre customers and target segments.
• Lead customer projects (solution positioning, tenders, pricing and deployment follow-up).
• Collaborate with Eaton country sales teams to convert opportunities into profitable business.
• Provide market, customer and competitive insights to support strategy and forecasting.
