Job summary

You will provide essential admin and document control support to the project team, manage site records and inductions, and coordinate correspondence between site teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Administrator / Project Administrator in construction.
• Experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor is desirable.
• Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong IT and MS Office skills, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to site management.
• Manage site documentation, records and filing.
• Assist with document control and reporting.
• Coordinate site inductions and registers.
• Maintain spreadsheets and project databases.
• Support with timesheets and workforce records.
• Liaise between site teams and subcontractors.
• Order office supplies and maintain records.
