Job summary

3D Personnel LTD is seeking an Architectural Lead for a major data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. The role is senior and site-based, overseeing architectural and internal fitout packages while coordinating with structural and MEP teams.

You will manage multiple work packages, subcontractors and construction teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and budgets, reporting to the CSA Lead.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership on major construction projects, managing multiple work packages and teams.
• Experience overseeing architectural fitout works including partitions, doors, ceilings, raised access floors, finishes and clean room installations.
• Ability to coordinate architectural packages with structural and MEP construction activities.
• Experience managing subcontractor delivery, programme, quality and installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Report to the CSA Lead and manage Package Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers.
• Oversee architectural fitout works including partitions, doors, ceilings, raised access floors, finishes and clean room installations.
• Coordinate architectural packages with structural and MEP construction activities.
• Manage subcontractor delivery, programme, quality and installation standards.
• Monitor package budgets, costs and commercial performance.
• Review subcontractor pricing, invoices, valuations and retentions.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with approved design information and project specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with the wider project leadership and commercial teams.
