Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a DC Shift Manager for a critical environment in London, Heathrow. You will lead the shift team, ensure preventive and reactive maintenance on building services, and maintain service levels with the customer.

Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining safety records, and upholding CBRE standards on-site to deliver reliable data centre operations.

Qualifications

• HV qualification is required.
• Authorised Person status is required.
• Willingness to work 24/7 on a shift rota.
• Experience in building services maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control and implement deliverables against all Customer SLAs/KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day shift operations for planned preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Liaise with customers to promote CBRE's image and ensure a professional on-site presence.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safe operation and approvals.
