Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, and that the contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Oversee shift teams delivering planned and reactive maintenance across client data centre portfolio.
• Act as the on‑shift duty manager and CBRE’s primary representative during incidents.
• Coordinate client communications, especially Client Services in Client Space.
• Ensure environmental conditions and critical building systems are maintained.
• Own the Planned Preventative Maintenance plan and ensure execution per schedules.
• Supervise CBRE staff and subcontractors in line with CBRE policies.
• Utilise CBRE CMMS/PPM systems to monitor performance and service delivery.
