Job summary

CBRE is seeking a DC Shift Manager for London/Heathrow to oversee 24/7 building services operations. You will control PPM and reactive maintenance, ensure safety standards, manage subcontractors, and liaise with customers to uphold CBRE’s professional image.

The role requires an HV qualification and Authorised Person status, with responsibility for shift planning, records, and performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• HV qualification is required.
• Authorised Person status to meet contract requirements.
• Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on building services.

Responsibilities

• Control and implement deliverables against all allocated Customer Specific Service Levels and KPIs.
• Develop and implement departmental strategy, objectives and improvement processes.
• Cover shift on a 24/7/365 rota and be available to cover others.
• Operate the shift team to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on site.
• Liaise with customers and promote CBRE image.
• Manage sub-contractors and ensure safe operation on site.
• Maintain accurate records of Health & Safety, building compliance and quality assurance.
• Ensure work is carried out with safety and efficiency, including permits to work and handover updates.
