Job summary

TGS International Group in Manchester is seeking an experienced Data Centre Supervisor to support IT infrastructure services within a high-performance Data Centre environment. You will supervise MAC/BAU activities, coordinate installations and ensure all work complies with safety and client SLAs.

Ideal candidates have strong structured cabling experience, prior Data Centre supervision, and a proactive approach to service delivery in a critical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Data Centre operations and MAC activities.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling and cable testing.
• Experience managing third-party contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Data Centre operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to client standards.
• Oversee MAC and BAU activities across Data Centre and campus environments.
• Coordinate installations, racking, stacking and structured cabling activities.
• Monitor compliance with change control, safety, and client procedures.
