Job summary

TGS International Group is seeking an experienced Data Centre Team Leader to manage a 24/7 shift of 4+ Data Centre Operations Engineers in North Acton, London. You will lead MAC activities, hardware deployment, structured cabling and incident resolution, ensuring high availability of critical infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have data centre experience in banking IT environments, strong leadership, and expertise in cabling, change management and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a data centre environment, preferably banking IT.
• Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage MAC, BAU and hardware deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 4+ Data Centre Operations Engineers on a 24/7 shift.
• Deliver MAC and BAU works, hardware deployment, cabling and testing.
• Own change records and coordinate server moves across Data Centres.
• Mentor and train new starters and supervise project delivery.
• Manage assets, wiring records and service delivery with stakeholders.
