Job summary

ONNEC Group is seeking a Data Centre Supervisor to lead MAC and BAU activities in client data centres. You will work closely with the Data Centre Manager and client stakeholders to plan, schedule and execute works, ensuring SLA performance and efficient service delivery in a high-availability environment.

The role requires experience in structured cabling, asset management and service delivery, with the ability to supervise shifts, manage third-party vendors and uphold health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in a Data Centre MAC environment (Moves, Adds & Changes).
• Strong cabling installation, testing and fault-finding abilities.
• Knowledge of copper and fibre cabling and data centre infrastructure.
• Experience with asset management, ticketing systems and service delivery.
• Ability to supervise shifts and support project handovers.
• Experience with third-party vendors in large-scale ops environments.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 setting.
• Clear communication, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MAC and BAU activities across data centre and campus environments.
• Support planning, scheduling and execution of works to meet client requirements.
• Monitor SLA performance and escalate risks as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and third-party vendors.
• Supervise cabling, installation, decommissioning and equipment handling.
• Manage workload allocation, resource planning and shift coverage.
• Maintain health and safety, quality standards and client processes.
• Assist incident management and first-line technical support.
• Maintain documentation, reporting and asset tracking systems.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to service improvements.
