The Data Centre Supervisor plays a key role in delivering IT cabling infrastructure support services across client data centre environments. The role is site‑based and responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) activities and Business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations, while supporting efficient day‑to‑day service delivery and operational improvements.
Working closely with the Data Centre Manager, Service Delivery Manager and client stakeholders, the role contributes to planning, execution, and continuous improvement of operational processes in a high‑availability, 24/7 environment.
