The candidate will be responsible for hardware handling, cabling tasks, and ensuring compliance with ISO and ITIL standards. Strong communication skills and prior data centre experience are essential. Applicants should hold valid SC and NPPV3 clearance, and possess a full UK driving licence. This role involves a hands-on approach and participation in a 24/7 on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Current and valid SC and NPPV3 clearance.
• Experience in a similar data centre or hands-on infrastructure support role.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Install, patch and decommission server, network and storage hardware.
• Carry out copper and fibre cabling tasks.
• Complete routine operational checks across network and system alerts.
• Perform remote-hands duties, including testing and power cycling.
• Host and escort client visitors.
