Job summary

CBRE Data Centre Solutions UK in Slough is seeking an Account Manager to ensure 24/7/365 reliability of critical equipment and environments across the data centre portfolio. You will manage the Supplier team, coordinate maintenance, and oversee contract performance to meet client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, budget control, and capability to drive continuous improvements, safety compliance, and efficient service delivery in a high-demand critical facility.

Qualifications

• Data centre management experience or equivalent critical environment management.
• Experience in finance with invoicing, budgets, and general business accounts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain a professional relationship with client representatives at the data centre.
• Achieve and exceed the KPIs and SLAs outlined in the contract.
• Assume full financial oversight for the contracted budget spend for the data centre.
• Track PO and headcount information for monthly billing.
• Prepare and manage monthly forecasting for billing and budget spend.
• Prepare site data for monthly reports and meetings, including QBRs and contract reviews.
• Foster cooperation among supplier teams and ensure a unified approach across the site.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and development for supplier employees at the data centre.
