Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a data center or field support.
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking fundamentals, and storage systems.
• Experience with remote management tools (iDRAC, iLO, IPMI).
• Willingness to work shifts and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Rack and install servers, switches, routers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform power cycling and basic hardware diagnostics.
• Install, replace, or upgrade components such as hard drives and RAM.
• Assist with firmware updates and remote management configuration.
• Decommission and remove old hardware.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors for installations and replacements.
