Job summary

Westcoast Limited is seeking a driven IT sales professional in Theale to grow business with Dell partners by aligning with HPE’s strategy—focusing on storage and compute solutions. You will build relationships, develop growth plans, and manage partner accreditations while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong communication, and willingness to travel with at least 1 day in the office weekly and ~3 partner visits per week.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with targets and KPIs.
• Strong understanding or willingness to learn datacentre storage infrastructure and Hybrid IT.
• Confident engaging at all levels, including C-suite within partner organisations.

Responsibilities

• Build strong commercial relationships with allocated Dell partners, aligning with HPE priorities and strategy - especially around storage growth.
• Develop partner growth plans to increase HPE storage solution adoption.
• Manage partner accreditations and certifications to meet HPE programme requirements.
• Drive Joint Business Plans with vendor and internal stakeholders.
• Support and execute marketing campaigns aligned to storage, compute, and networking.
