Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Data and Asset Manager for the HS2 Track Infrastructure Project based in London. You will define and deliver asset information objectives, manage the FBRS asset database, and ensure integration with HS2 AIMS.

You will work within the FBRS Information Management Team, reporting to the Project Information Manager, and will train users, enforce data standards, and drive process improvements across BIM and asset data systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in BIM/Design/Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Significant experience working with asset management.
• Advanced experience using asset data management software.
• Experience in design delivery and civil engineering works.
• Experience in asset data integration across BIM models and information management systems.
• Knowledge of building and construction regulations.
• Familiarity with Revit and Bentley software (ProjectWise, Bentley MicroStation OpenRail Design).

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver asset information objectives for FBRS and HS2.
• Manage FBRS asset database and integration with HS2 AIMS.
• Develop and maintain asset database systems and processes.
• Provide QA checks on asset data and client requirements.
• Train users on Asset database functionalities.
• Support system stability and improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments and ensure compliance with standards.
