We at Coforge are hiring a Data and AI Practice Solution Sales Lead professional with the following skillset:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data and AI Practice Solution Sales professional in the UK (based out of London) with a strong delivery and sales background in Data Analytics and AI.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in next-gen data technologies such as Microsoft, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks. Experience in mining accounts, driving DATA and AI demands, managing CXO interactions, bid presentations, and meeting revenue targets is essential.

Sales, delivery, and presales experience is mandatory within Data Analytics and AI Practice alongside the ability to deliver cloud-based enterprise platforms and data consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ability to mine key and strategic accounts across verticals (BFS, Travel, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Public Sector) by developing relationships with customer connects, generating sales and solution opportunities.
  2. Meet customers regularly and help maintain and manage existing relationships.
  3. End-to-end management and solution ownership of RfX (RfP, RfI, RfS) for customers/prospects.
  4. Generate demand and manage customer expectations on the demand.
  5. Work with Delivery, Resource Deployment Groups, and Talent Acquisition Team to fulfill the demands.
  6. Fine-tune operational processes to achieve desired outcomes.
  7. Take ownership to build solutions (with support from various SMEs) and manage customer interactions.
  8. Meet growth/revenue targets for the Account Portfolio (Data Analytics Service Line).
  9. Assist in solution development by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities.
  10. Forge and grow deep professional connections with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  11. Build relationships with ecosystem partners such as Hyperscalers, Consultants, Advisors, and other industry influencers to establish the firm's image.
  12. Nurture in-depth knowledge of the clients’ business model, technology platforms, products and services, and key business influencers.
  13. Manage revenue growth by staying abreast of new market/client developments and identifying new/cross-sell opportunities.
  14. Understand client requirements, their business imperatives, and critical pain points.
  15. Manage client escalations with support from delivery and account teams.
  16. Weekly reporting and updates on Pipeline, BE Forecast, Reconciliation Actuals, and manage operational activities.
Requirements:
  1. Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI concepts with experience in either delivery, pre-sales, or solutions on next-gen Data on Cloud Technologies.
  2. Entrepreneurial mindset to manage customer expectations, demand, and fulfillment cycle for opportunities; proactive approach and smart thinking.
  3. Ability to travel across the UK/EU or planned visits to India/US.
  4. Strong understanding of Data Life Cycle (Data Ingestion, Data Modeling, Data Visualization, Advanced Analytics, Data Management, Data Governance concepts).
  5. At least 5-7 years of Big Data Platform Delivery Experience.
