Job Title: Head of Marketing and Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our marketing and sales efforts within a professional membership organization. This role offers the flexibility of full remote work, with occasional meetings as required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of the marketing and sales team, providing mentorship and support to achieve organizational objectives.
2. Lead marketing and communications strategies for the development, launch, and ongoing success of key activities.
3. Develop and implement membership retention and growth strategies.
4. Establish marketing KPIs, monitor impact, and communicate results effectively.
5. Support and guide team members, serving as the authoritative voice for marketing within the organization.
6. Manage the budget for marketing and sales activities.
7. Assist the wider organization with marketing materials and communication inputs.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a senior marketing and sales role within similar organizations, with strong strategic planning, analytical skills, and team leadership experience. Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics is essential. A creative thinker with a passion for understanding diverse audiences, holding a degree in marketing, business, communications, or CIM qualification is preferred.
