Job summary

Cencora Alliance Healthcare UK is seeking an experienced Data Leader to set the direction for, and lead the delivery of, its data and analytics capability during a major transformation. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on accountability for delivery across Azure, Databricks and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience leading data, analytics or technology delivery.
• Proven track record in budgeting and financial management.
• Experience migrating legacy platforms to cloud.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Knowledge of Azure, Databricks and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year Data & Analytics roadmap aligned to the enterprise strategy.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products.
• Oversee the planning, prioritisation and execution of projects across multiple business areas.
• Embed data governance, policies, ownership and tooling for trusted data.
• Lead the transition from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms (Azure, Databricks, Power BI).
• Manage data quality capabilities and drive value realization through analytics.
