Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive AI-enabled transformation across its 3PL operations, focusing on order management, finance, and customer services within an ERP framework. You’ll translate business needs into actionable solutions and support business case delivery.

Hybrid role based out of London or Woking, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements and foster a data-driven culture across the division.

Qualifications

• Experience at intersection of logistics operations, technology and AI-driven innovation.
• Experience in 3PL/warehouse environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP-driven processes and data models.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using AI techniques.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specifications, and data models for Agile teams.
• Perform gap and root-cause analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Define KPIs and benefits realisation for initiatives.
