Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our 3PL business and drive AI-enabled change across order management, finance, and customer services. You will translate complex needs into agile-ready solutions and help deliver measurable value within an ERP framework.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, and partner with data engineers to define data requirements for AI/ML models. This role is hybrid from London or Woking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Analytical rigour with data-driven problem solving.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with AI capabilities.
• Translate requirements into user stories and data models for Agile teams.
• Perform gap/root-cause analysis to identify efficiencies and improvements.
• Define KPIs, benefits realisation, and success metrics.
• Liaise with 3PL Customer Services, Order Management and Finance teams.
• Present business cases and solution options to senior leadership.
• Support change management activities and cross-functional workshops.
• Build dashboards/reports (Power BI, Tableau) and collaborate with data engineers.
