Job summary

The Cocktail is seeking a senior leader for Business Transformation – Data & AI to drive data-led transformation across UK and EMEA. You will lead data strategy, governance and AI-enabled transformation initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape enterprise roadmaps and scalable data products.

You will mentor and develop data consultants, contribute to commercial activity, and embed Data & AI into CRM, marketing and operating model change.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics transformation or technology consulting.
• Proven experience leading data-led transformation programmes across enterprise environments.
• Strong exposure to enterprise data platforms and ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Experience embedding Data & AI into broader transformation initiatives (digital, CRM, operating model).

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
• Define data product models and governance frameworks with Data Architects.
• Translate strategic ambition into executable roadmaps and activation.
• Integrate Data & AI into transformation programmes with measurable business impact.
• Define how AI (GenAI and agentic systems) can be embedded into workflows.
