Cencora Alliance Healthcare UK is seeking a Data Leader to shape the data and analytics roadmap and lead a transformation across Azure, Databricks and Power BI. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, embedding AI across data activities and ensuring governance, security and compliance.

The successful candidate will drive business value, manage the data product portfolio, and lead a team through a period of significant change in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior experience leading data/analytics delivery in large organisations.
• Proven ability to translate data strategy into actionable roadmaps and value.
• Strong governance, security and compliance understanding.

Aufgaben

• Define and own a multi-year Data & Analytics roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and cloud migration (Cognos/Oracle/Qlik to Azure/Databricks/Power BI).
• Realise business value by tracking benefits and ensuring adoption across functions.
• Execute pragmatic AI strategy with governance and risk controls.
• Oversee data governance framework, policies, data ownership, catalog and lineage.
• Manage Data & Analytics budget and resources with forecasting and governance.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and drive data fluency.
• Coach and develop a high-performing data delivery team.
