Job summary

Change Grow Live in London, UK, seeks a Data Analyst to oversee data collection and analysis across multiple prison services. The role focuses on national reporting, data quality, auditing and staff development within HMP Wandsworth and HMP/YOI Isis.

The position is prison-based, permanent, full-time, and requires security clearance. You will lead data requirements, deliver internal and external reports, and contribute to service improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience of maintaining information systems.
• Experience of managing large datasets and analysis.
• Experience of developing data processes and systems.
• Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience of contributing to project development.
• Highly IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience of delivering technical training.
• Experience of working with NDTMS.
• Knowledge of the management of data in health and social care sectors, including substance misuse.

Responsibilities

• Use data that contributes to service user safety and maximise outcomes.
• Produce reporting for external audiences including commissioners.
• Produce regular and ad hoc data, analysis and reporting for internal requirements.
• Support wider contracting and performance management with timely information.
• Serve as functional expert on the clinical case management and reporting system.
• Identify data recording issues and drive solutions with the wider team.
• Lead as the primary contact for service data requirements.
• Provide administration and training on the clinical case management and reporting system.
• Link operational and system pathways and processes.
• Participate in wider service leadership and quality improvement.
