Job summary

Town and Country Housing is seeking a organised and customer-focused Planner to join the Damp & Mould team. You will help ensure repairs and maintenance work is scheduled efficiently, supporting operatives, supervisors and managers to deliver an excellent service to residents.

You will coordinate resources, manage appointments and help achieve performance targets with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance works, allocating operatives and contractors to the right jobs at the right time.
• Monitor work progress, maintain accurate records across multiple systems and drive first-time fixes while supporting complaint resolution.
