Job summary

Town and Country Housing in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an organised Planner to join the Damp & Mould team. On-site 8am-5pm, six-month fixed term, you will schedule repairs, coordinate operatives and contractors, and ensure residents receive high-quality service.

You will manage appointments, monitor progress, keep records, and help maximise first-time fixes, while supporting complaint resolution and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning or scheduling roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience within social housing repairs and maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance works, ensuring operatives and contractors are allocated to the right jobs at the right time.
• Manage appointments and monitor work progress across multiple systems.
• Support complaint resolution, monitor workflows and drive service improvements.
