Job summary

Hyperion Partners is recruiting for a Damp and Mould Coordinator on a permanent basis for a Housing Association in South London. The role focuses on coordinating damp and mould cases from initial report to resolution, ensuring residents are kept informed and works progress promptly.

You will work with surveyors, contractors and internal teams to complete inspections and remedial works, maintain records and deliver high standards of customer service. Hybrid work pattern applies.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating damp and mould cases in social housing or property services.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to liaise with contractors, surveyors and residents.
• Proactive problem-solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage damp and mould cases from initial report through to resolution.
• Act as the main point of contact for residents, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the process.
• Liaise with surveyors, contractors and internal departments to ensure inspections, remedial works and follow-up visits are completed efficiently.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are delivered to the required quality standards.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Track performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases where appropriate.
• Support the wider Property Services team with reporting and administrative duties relating to damp and mould management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation, health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.
