Job summary

Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Specialist to join a leading social housing contractor delivering repairs and maintenance across South East London. This temp-to-perm full-time role offers an immediate start.

The successful candidate will carry out damp and mould treatment works in occupied properties, with painting and decorating after remedial works, and basic plastering when required, while providing excellent customer service and adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience carrying out damp and mould treatment works.
• Painting and decorating experience is essential.
• Plastering experience is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities
