Job summary

18 Recruitment Limited is partnering with a client to recruit an experienced Damp & Mould Operative to strengthen their repairs team in London.

The successful candidate will identify and treat damp and mould in social housing properties, carry out remedial repairs, and provide excellent customer service to tenants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in damp and mould remediation.
• Experience in social housing or residential properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence (Van and fuel card provided).
