Job summary

De Lacy Executive is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead its dairy costings service, working closely with dairy farmers, agribusinesses and industry partners across the UK. You will own the service, lead a dedicated team and help develop proposals that drive client value.

This role offers visibility in the dairy sector, opportunities to represent the business at industry events and to shape strategic direction within a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small client-facing team to deliver services.
• Manage key commercial relationships and act as a trusted partner to customers.
• Understand client requirements, develop proposals and oversee projects from concept to delivery.
• Promote wider services through meetings, industry events and presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to identify opportunities for growth.
• Support analysis and communication of industry data, trends and insights.
• Contribute to strategic development as a member of the leadership team.
