Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Junior Account Executive (German-speaking) based in the United Kingdom to drive growth in the DACH region. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing deals—with support from BDRs in a fast-paced, remote-first international team.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, identifying prospects' hiring plans, and communicating the value of compliant international employment solutions to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or customer-facing role.
• Experience conducting discovery conversations to understand needs.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills including cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Identify hiring plans and compliance challenges through discovery questions.
• Communicate value of international hiring solutions to stakeholders (Finance, Legal, leadership).
• Build pipeline and manage deals with BDRs/SDRs.
• Collaborate to reach hiring managers and pursue high-potential opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity while keeping CRM up to date.
• Learn from feedback and apply coaching to improve performance.
