Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Professional to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. You will collaborate with clients and teams to translate requirements into functional designs and drive value through successful technology adoption.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and a track record of delivering transformation projects across industries. Hybrid working and client-facing responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect across multiple sectors.
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering through stakeholder engagement, analysis, and workshops.
Translate business requirements into functional specs and solution recommendations.
Advise on process improvements and transformation opportunities based on best practices.
Serve as primary functional contact through design, documentation, testing, training, and support.
Contribute to client technology strategies and roadmaps for Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate with development teams to communicate requirements and ensure delivery.
Configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs and document outputs.
Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps for projects.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and deliver client training materials.
