Softcat’s Learning & Development team seeks a D365 Adoption Learning & Development Consultant to lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 learning strategy across the Sales organisation. You will design and implement adoption programmes, blending learning modalities to drive system usage and capability.
You will partner with Sales, IT and programme stakeholders to onboard new users, measure impact and foster lasting behavioral change. Hybrid work in the UK is supported.

The D365 Adoption Learning & Development Consultant will be responsible for leading the learning and adoption strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Sales organisation, ensuring colleagues have the skills, confidence and support to embed new ways of working into their day-to-day roles. Acting as the subject matter expert for D365 capability, you will work closely with Learning & Development, IT, Sales Enablement and business stakeholders to integrate D365 learning into onboarding, sales academies, leadership development and wider capability programmes, driving long-term adoption and business success.
