Job summary

Artis Recruitment is partnering with a Bristol-based professional services organisation hiring a Dynamics 365 Trainer. The role involves leading design and delivery of training to enable adoption of new systems, with hybrid working (2 days in the office) and a 12-month fixed-term contract with strong extension prospects.

You will create engaging learning content, deliver sessions both virtually and in person, and support change management initiatives across large technology programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology-focused training programmes.
• Experience delivering training focused on Dynamics 365 modules.
• Strong eLearning and digital content creation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead training workstreams across multiple change projects.
• Design and deliver engaging learning solutions for end users.
• Create eLearning modules and video content using tools such as Adobe Captivate.
• Produce user guides, quick reference materials and knowledge resources.
• Deliver virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
• Support technology adoption initiatives through webinars and go-live support.
• Develop micro-learning content and video-based training materials.
• Work with stakeholders to understand learning needs and drive engagement.
